Cafe at Jamyang
The CafeatJamyang is a unique, friendly place in South London situated in a beautiful, historic old Victorian courthouse, courtyard and walled garden.
Come and taste mouth watering, attractively prepared, affordable dishes, quality Monmouth coffee and heavenly cakes. We freshly prepare and cook everything daily here in our own kitchen, source ethically, as locally as we can and follow organic, Slow Food and Fair Trade principles.
We are also a pick-up point for Sutton Community Farm’s organic veggie boxes and Kennington Bakery organic, water-milled flour sourdough.
Our menus are always seasonal and prepared in a variety of styles, from European, through Levantine to South Asian. All our food is made with quality ingredients, prepared by a team of experienced chefs, supported by passionate and well-trained volunteers.
Takeaway, group bookings and catering services are all available. We can also cater from just 10 to over 100 covers by arrangement, in any reasonable location of your choice.
Vegetarians and vegans won’t be disappointed! We are a strictly vegetal Cafe, we have vegan options every day and on Vegan Mondays we offer a full vegan meal from starter to dessert.
When the weather is good, enjoy your lunch or just cake & coffee in the quiet, sacred space of our historic award winning Courtyard garden and gaze upon the magnificent golden statue of the Parinirvana Buddha, sculptured by Nick Durnan. We are open to the public and everyone is welcome, of any faith or none.
Our opening times are:

Sat-Sun – closed – unless for private events by arrangement.
