Each class is self-contained so you can join or leave every 20 minutes and come to any class.
Suggested donation: 4 classes for £15 or £5 per class. No-one will be turned away due the lack of funds

Silent Meditation

CLASS FORMAT

Each class is self-contained so you can come to any class. It is not necessary to have attended the earlier classes.

- Two sessions of silent meditation of around 25 minutes each
- Concluding with a group recitation of the prayer of the Four Immeasurable Thoughts: limitless love, boundless compassion, sympathetic joy and those three offered to all indiscriminately, equally.

-12:50 - 13:10 Gentle Chi Gong exercise 10 mins to energise and relax 
-13:10 - 13:30  Meditation session on Loving Kindness
