The Jamyang Salisbury Buddhist Group meets every fortnight in Salisbury on Mondays at 7pm to meditate together listen to teachings on Mahayana Buddhism in the Tibetan tradition.

We are very fortunate to have two excellent teachers.

Geshe Tashi Tsering, the resident teacher of Jamyang Buddhist Centre, London, teaches once a month. Geshe Tashi has been in the UK for 12 years and his understanding of English and the Western mind is excellent. He is considered one of the foremost teachers of Tibetan Buddhism in the West and is renowned for his warmth, humour and depth of understanding.

Robin Bath is one of Jamyang London's teachers. He has been involved with Tibetan Buddhism for over 25 years and has a unique and charming way of presenting the profound truths of Buddhism.

Geshe Tashi is teaching at Salisbury on Mondays 11th June and 9th July. In
June he is continuing with an explanation of the three levels of Refuge and
in July he will perform a Refuge ceremony.

Robin Bath will be leading the group on Mondays 21st May, 25th June and 23rd
July. We will be continuing to read and discuss Atisha's 'Jewel Ornament of
the Bodhisattvas'.
