Garden

Thanks to our keen and efficient volunteer gardener, Ros Williams, Jamyang's Courtyard and the front of our building, are looking green and luxuriant these days.  Ros spends many hours tending and watering our gardens so they bring immense pleasure to everyone coming to Jamyang.  Huge thanks to you Ros!

An example of how lovely the Courtyard is these days, was validated by Jamyang winning the August 2010 Conservation Foundation's prize for the best "Sacred Space" in London, and then Jamyang's entry winning the overall prize for the best Sacred Space of the year 2010!

The award is called "London Green Corners Award - For brightening London and enriching the biodiversity".
