Discovering Buddhism

Discovering Buddhism (DB) is a beginner-level programme in Buddhist practice and theory presented through 14 subject areas. It aims to give the student a solid footing in the practice of Mahayana Buddhism. For more general information about the course and the FPMT please click kere.

Jamyang London offers Discovering Buddhism as a series of weekend courses. 

A Discovering Buddhism weekend would usually consist of Learning, discussion, mediation and other activities. You can drop in to any module but you can also take it as part of a recognised course.
