An opportunity to taste the peace and
quiet of Jamyang Buddhist Centre and sample a variety of methods to calm the
mind and body including meditation, Yoga, Tai Chi, Chi Kung, reflexology and
Cranial Sacral and Massage.
All welcome, including children.
Individual sessions can be booked on the day.
