The Jamyang Walk
Saturday 10 April
10am - 5pm (or there abouts)

Twenty eight years of Jamyang walks and still going strong ! Join us for a leisurely stroll through the leafy byways (no highways) of London and the surrounding countryside to enjoy the first flush of Spring.

Led by Jamyang's very own gentle giant, Robin Bath, these walks have proved popular with Jamyangers of all ages over the years and are a healthy and fun way to get to know fellow friends and members of Jamyang.

Exact details will be posted nearer the time but please call Robin on 0207 736 2771 for more information and check for poster in the Jamyang foyer advertising the walk route about two weeks before the date.

kids

Come and join us once a month at Jamyang. If you are between the ages of 5 and 14 years of age and want to spend a couple of hours on making things, storytelling and listening, and maybe even singing and dancing, join us on any one or all of the dates below.

Each month we hope to invite a guest like an artist or musician, a Tai Chi master and maybe a Tibetan Geshe. We will also put on optional activities for the parents so they can enjoy their time at Jamyang to the full.

All you will need to do is turn up on the day, but please phone the Office beforehand if possible, so we know how many to expect and can prepare a name badge for you.

Dying Well Group
Assisted Suicide and Euthanasia

Saturday 20 April
Donations only, £5 per lunch if you book in advance.
10:00am - 5.00pm

This Spring we will look at the issue of assisted suicide and euthanasia. This a difficult and emotive topic but hopefully our exploration will help us sort out our own thoughts and feelings in this area which is so much in the news nowadays.
